TEKTO CNCT ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based digital marketplace currently in Early Access, operated by Future TerraGreen Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

TEKTO CNCT is currently in a pre-launch testing phase. During Early Access:

• The platform is under development and may change at any time
• Features, design and functionality may be modified or removed
• Fixers are not yet verified or contracted
• Users cannot book or pay for services
• No services are being delivered through the platform
• Access is not guaranteed
• Early Access is completely free -no fees, charges or paid features

Early Access allows the following. No contractual relationship is created between Users and Fixers during Early Access.

• Users to register interest in the platform
• Fixers to pre-register and prepare for onboarding
• Businesses and Care Homes to express interest
• TEKTO CNCT to understand demand in each location
• TEKTO CNCT to plan launch locations based on genuine interest

By registering for Early Access you agree that we may use your registration data to:

• Analyse demand in your city or town
• Plan our launch locations and timeline
• Contact you about TEKTO CNCT updates and launch news
• Provide access to exclusive CNCT Offers
• Send CNCT Insights newsletter every Sunday -with your consent
• Generate your unique waitlist position and referral code

You must verify your email address after registration. Your account will remain pending until verified. Unverified accounts will be deleted after 7 days. We reserve the right to reject registrations that appear fraudulent or automated.

CNCT Offers are exclusive to verified early access members only.

• Offers are provided by independent third-party partners via AWIN affiliate network
• TEKTO CNCT is not responsible for partner offer availability, accuracy or fulfilment
• Offers may change or expire at any time without notice
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or end CNCT Offers at any time

CNCT Insights is sent every Sunday morning to members who have consented to marketing communications. By consenting you agree to receive this weekly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Early access members receive a unique referral link. By sharing your referral link:

• You agree that we may track signups attributed to your link
• Referral data is used for platform analytics only
• We reserve the right to modify or end the referral programme at any time
• No financial reward is offered for referrals during Early Access

TEKTO CNCT operates solely as a marketplace. During Early Access no services are being delivered at all. We do NOT:

• Provide any services listed on the platform
• Employ Fixers
• Guarantee the quality or outcome of any work
• Enter into service contracts on behalf of Users or Fixers
• Accept liability for Fixer actions or omissions

Our TEKKO chatbot provides general information only about TEKTO CNCT services, early access and platform information.

• Do not share personal data such as name, email or phone number in the chat
• TEKKO responses are AI generated and may not always be completely accurate

• The Raise a Concern feature is disabled during Early Access -it will be available at full platform launch

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, not submit false or misleading details and update your information if it changes. We may contact you to verify details before launch.

During Early Access we use analytics tools, chatbot providers, affiliate tracking tools and hosting providers. These may collect technical or behavioural data to help us improve the platform. Your personal identity is not shared with Fixers, Businesses or Care Homes during Early Access.

You must not engage in the following. We may restrict or remove Early Access access if misuse is detected.

• Attempt to misuse or disrupt the website
• Submit harmful, abusive or fraudulent information
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Share or transfer your Early Access account to another person

When the TEKTO CNCT app launches, you may be required to register again to activate your full account. This ensures updated consent, accurate information and proper onboarding. If you do not re-register, your Early Access details will be deleted.

All content, branding, logos, materials and the TEKKO chatbot on the TEKTO CNCT website belong to Future TerraGreen Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

The Early Access website is provided as is without any guarantees. We do not warrant availability, accuracy, performance or compatibility. This is a testing and preparation phase only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future TerraGreen Ltd and TEKTO CNCT are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Early Access website. No services are being provided during Early Access so no service-related liability exists.

We take all complaints seriously and aim to respond within 5 working days.

We may update these Terms as we prepare for launch or as required by law. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
