Homeowners let you into their home because someone checked first. Upload your documents and we run all twelve before your first booking. Pass them and your profile carries the TEKTO VERIFIED badge.

  1. Public liability insuranceIn your name, with the renewal date on file.
  2. Trade qualificationsThe ones your trade needs, such as Part P for electricians.
  3. Business detailsYour UTR as a sole trader, or a Companies House number.
  4. Payout accountA UK bank account in your name, for escrow to pay into.
