Early Access Policy

TEKTO CNCT is currently in Early Access, which means the platform is still under development and not yet fully launched. During this phase, features, design and functionality may change at any time.

TEKTO CNCT is operated by Future TerraGreen Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

TEKTO CNCT operates solely as a digital marketplace. We help Users find and connect with independent Fixers, businesses and care providers. We do not provide the services ourselves -all work is carried out by independent professionals or businesses.

During Early Access, no services are being delivered through the platform and no Fixers are yet verified or contracted.

Early Access is completely free. There are no fees, no charges, no paid features, no bookings and no payments during this phase. This phase is for onboarding, demand analysis and gathering interest only.

We collect the minimum data necessary for these specific purposes only. We do NOT share your data with Fixers, Businesses or Care Homes during Early Access.

• Understand demand in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and surrounding areas
• Identify which services are needed most in each location
• Plan which cities and towns to launch in first
• Ensure the right Fixers are recruited for your area before launch
• Prepare your account for when the platform launches
• Send you relevant updates about your area and launch status
• Provide access to exclusive CNCT Offers for early members
• Send CNCT Insights newsletter every Sunday -with your consent

During Early Access you may do the following. You cannot book services, pay Fixers, or use the full platform yet.

• Register your interest as a User, Fixer, Business or Care Home
• Provide your city or town and basic information
• Receive updates about the platform and your area
• Access exclusive CNCT Offers once your email is verified
• Receive CNCT Insights newsletter every Sunday -with your consent
• Share your referral link to help grow the community
• Be invited to early onboarding when the platform launches

When you register for Early Access we will send you a verification email. Your account will remain pending until you verify your email address.

• Unverified accounts are automatically deleted after 7 days
• You will receive a reminder email at day 3 and day 7
• You can request a resend of your verification email at any time
• CNCT Offers are locked until your email is verified

You will be assigned a waitlist position number when you register. This is sequential -assigned in the order of registration -and is not based on any personal characteristics. Your position is confirmed in your welcome email.

Early access members with verified email addresses receive access to exclusive partner offers from brands including B&Q, Screwfix, AO.com and Homebase.

CNCT Insights is our free weekly newsletter sent every Sunday morning to members who have consented to marketing communications at registration.

When the full TEKTO CNCT platform launches, you may be required to register again to activate your full account.

During Early Access, support is available via email only. Our TEKKO chatbot is available for general queries about TEKTO CNCT services, early access and platform information. Please do not share personal data in the chat window.
