TEKTO CNCT ("we", "us", "our") is a UK"‘based digital marketplace currently in Early Access, operated by Future TerraGreen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
We are a marketplace platform that helps users find and connect with independent Fixers, businesses and care providers. We do not provide the services ourselves -all work is carried out by independent professionals or businesses.
During Early Access, we collect limited personal information to understand demand, plan our launch locations and communicate updates.
When you register for Early Access on our website, we collect the following information. We do NOT collect payment information, sensitive personal data or postcode during Early Access.

CNCT Offers Access
To provide verified early access members with exclusive partner offers from brands including B&Q, Screwfix, AO.com and Homebase.
CNCT Insights Newsletter
If you have consented to marketing communications, we will send you CNCT Insights -our weekly newsletter delivered every Sunday morning, containing platform updates, local community news, service tips and early access highlights.

Neon Inc -Database
Purpose: Secure storage of all Early Access registration data and account information. Data stored: All personal registration data. Location: European Union. Privacy: neon.tech/privacy
Google LLC -Hosting and Push Notifications
Purpose: Website and backend hosting via Google Cloud Run. Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Location: European Union. Privacy: policies.google.com
Microsoft Corporation -Business Email
Purpose: Business email communications via Microsoft 365. Data stored: Business email content only. Location: European Union. Privacy: microsoft.com/privacy
Brevo SAS -Email and SMS
Purpose: Automated transactional emails including verification emails, welcome emails, CNCT Insights newsletter and SMS notifications. Data stored: Email addresses, mobile numbers and message content. Location: European Union -France-based company. Privacy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
Anthropic PBC -TEKKO Chatbot
Purpose: Powers our TEKKO support chatbot for general queries only. No personal data is sent to or collected by the chatbot. The Raise a Concern feature is disabled during Early Access. Data stored: General chat session data only. No personal identification. Location: United States -processed under Standard Contractual Clauses in compliance with UK GDPR Article 46. Google LLC -Google Analytics
Purpose: Anonymous website visitor analytics to help us improve the platform. Data stored: Anonymous usage data. No personal identification. Location: European Union. Privacy: policies.google.com
AWIN Ltd -Affiliate Tracking
Purpose: Tracks clicks on CNCT Offers affiliate links. Data stored: Click data and device information only. Personal identity not shared. Location: United Kingdom. Privacy: awin.com/privacy
Future Providers -At App Launch
At launch we plan to add Stripe Inc for payment processing. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe -we never store card details. We will update this Privacy Policy before adding any new providers.
We only share your data with the essential service providers listed in Section 6 above.
We do NOT share your personal data with
Fixers, Businesses or Care Homes during Early Access · Advertisers or marketing companies · Any third party for their own marketing purposes · Any party outside the providers listed above.
Most of our data is stored and processed within the European Union.
TEKKO chatbot interactions are processed by Anthropic PBC in the United States. This transfer is made under Standard Contractual Clauses as permitted by UK GDPR Article 46. No personal data is sent to Anthropic -only general query content.
We will migrate TEKKO to EU-based AI infrastructure at full platform launch.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary.
